Terms of Service
Gauge.ID's full Terms of Service are being finalized for enterprise procurement. The interim posture below applies to evaluation users and pilot customers. A formal MSA is provided to all paying customers prior to onboarding.
ACCEPTABLE_USE
The platform is intended for verification, deduplication, and governance of CAD geometry that the customer is licensed to process. Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable export controls (ITAR, EAR) regarding any geometry they upload.
INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY
Customer geometry remains the property of the customer. Canonical signatures generated by Gauge.ID's algorithms are derivative outputs licensed back to the customer for their internal verification workflows. The underlying canonicalization methodology and mathematical apparatus remain the proprietary intellectual property of GaugeID LLC.
SERVICE_AVAILABILITY
Production SLAs are defined per customer in the executed MSA. The public demo (demo.html) is provided as-is for evaluation and is not subject to availability guarantees.
